Basic Facts (Online Edition)
From the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, this site contains links for financial as well as other data and information about Wisconsin's school districts. Among the data found here are the School Performance Reports for all Wisconsin School Districts, including Milwaukee, for the 1999-2000, 2000-2001 and 2001-2002 school years. Statistics include information on attendance, graduation, dropouts, ACT and much more. Arrangement is by school district and then school.

This product offers a large and complete collection of full text education journals covering scholarly research and information relating to many diverse areas of education. Topics covered include all levels of education from early childhood to higher education, and all specialties, such as multilingual education, health education, and testing. Education Research Complete also covers areas of curriculum instruction as well as administration, policy, funding, and related social issues. The database provides indexing and abstracts for more than 1,870 journals, as well as full text for more than 1,060 journals. Designed for professional educators, EBSCO's Professional Development Collection provides a highly specialized array of nearly 520 high quality education journals, including more than 350 peer-reviewed titles. This database also contains more than 200 educational reports. In addition to full text, indexing and abstracts are provided for over 700 journals. Examples of titles included are: Curriculum Administrator, Educational Leadership, High School Journal, Journal of Educational Research, Journal of Learning Disabilities, Phi Delta Kappan, Reading Teacher, and many others. Education made easier! Research Starters - Education from EBSCO are introductory study and research guides designed specifically for advanced high school students, college students and selected graduate students. They consist of comprehensive, yet concise topic summary articles of about 3,000 words in length written by researchers, scholars and other subject matter experts. Topics include early childhood education, teaching reading, special education, the No Child Left Behind act and others. These articles are designed to be starting points for students, providing them with topic overviews, definitions of relevant terms and concepts, detailed bibliographies, and links to relevant articles from EBSCO databases.
