Designed to help renters find affordable housing throughout the state of Wisconsin. Rent limits are set based on WIFrontDoorHousing's policy to list only units that are affordable to individuals and families making 80% or below of the county median income (CMI), also known as area median income (AMI). WiFrontDoorHousing allows users to search for housing by rent amount, unit size, amenities, accessibility, location, and school district. Landlords and Property Managers can list their rental units on WiFrontDoorHousing free of charge and can upload pictures, floorplans, rental applications, screening policies, and pet policies pertaining to their properties.
