Career Library  MPL Special Link
This database from EBSCO (also known as the COIN Career Library) is arranged into 4 major areas. The Exploration Center contains videos on various occupations, information on colleges, and a how-to all about financial aid. The Planning Center has checklists for college and career progress steps, as well as a resume builder. The Resource Center has a collection of links out to state data, articles, organizational websites, and a section called "Cool Jobs." Finally, the Activity Center takes users to quizzes to help in preparing for the GED and SAT/ACT, plus other useful tools.

It includes: America's Career InfoNet--helps individuals explore career opportunities to make informed employment and education choices, and America's Service Locator--connects individuals to employment and training opportunities available at local One-Stop Career Centers.
