Go Wild!
Over the Milwaukee Big Read

Author Jack LondonThe Big Read is designed to revitalize the role of literature in American culture and bring the transformative power of literature into the lives of its citizens. It brings together partners across the country to encourage citizens to read for pleasure and enlightenment. In 2010 Milwaukee will be reading The Call of the Wild by Jack London. Events have been scheduled at all Milwaukee Public Libraries and are being planned by additional community partners.
