Rethinking Libraries for the 21st Century

What is the current structure of MPL?

Milwaukee Public Library consists of the Central Library and 12 neighborhood libraries.
The Central Library remains the cornerstone of the Milwaukee Public Library System. We are asking you to help us envision a new concept of neighborhood service.

The seven neighborhood libraries printed in green on the map are currently in need of new heating and cooling systems at a cost of $750,000 each or $5.3 million total.
