Financial literacy is a skill all adults need to possess. Often times thoughts on money, how to manage it, spend it, save it and earn it are rooted in childhood experiences. Milwaukee Public Library has these books and many others that introduce the concepts of financial literacy to children of all ages. This list also includes activities that expand on each concept and Web sites.
One great Web site focusing on a variety of money issues just for kids is maintained by the federal government at kids.gov.
