Show off your talent! Enter your favorite original manga drawing at any Milwaukee Public Library. Entries must be submitted between October 1 - October 27 to be eligible. Pick up some tips at our kickoff event, the Manga Drawing Workshop @ Central Library on Saturday, September 29. Submissions will be displayed and winners announced at the Anime & Manga Night @
Central Library on Tuesday, November 13. |

Rules & Regulations:
Must be between 13-18 years of age to
participate. Limit of 2 entries per person. Entries must be original and submitted on 8 1/2” x 11” paper. Submissions cannot be traced or copied from another artist’s work and must be drawn by hand. All entries must include a permission form signed by a parent/guardian. There is no guarantee that submissions will be returned. Participants must be Milwaukee County residents to be eligible. Individuals can win only one prize in this contest. |

Ask a librarian TODAY to obtain an entry form or PRINT a form. Submissions and entry forms must be returned to Milwaukee Public Library by October 27. |
