Index to our collection of log books from Great Lakes ships.
The Great Lakes Marine Collection at MPL includes a small collection of log books from ships that sailed on the Great Lakes. The earliest dates from 1900 and the latest from 1983.
The log books listed in this index may be used in person in the Frank P. Zeidler Humanities Room at Central Library during any of the department's open hours.
The Wisconsin Marine Historical Society accepts donations to the Great Lakes Marine Collection.
