Register here for Rain Gardens with Melinda Myers.Join Melinda Myers on July 29th at 6 p.m. to learn how planting a rain garden can help use rainwater where it falls to lower garden maintenance, conserve water, and attract pollinators, while helping reduce the risk of flooding and stormwater overflows.Gardening expert, TV/radio host, author & columnist has over 30 years of horticulture experience and has written over 20 gardening books, including The Midwest Gardener's Handbook, MN & WI Getting Started Garden Guide and MN & WI Month-by-Month Gardening. She hosts the nationally-syndicated "Melinda's Garden Moment" TV and radio program and The Great Courses "How to Grow Anything" DVD series.  Myers is a columnist and contributing editor for Birds & Blooms and writes a nationally-syndicated gardening column. She hosted "The Plant Doctor" radio show for over 20 years as well as seven seasons of "Great Lakes Gardener" on PBS.  Myers has won numerous awards and was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame of The Association for Garden Communicators.
