Join local artist, Adwoa Asentu, to learn how to create art using different mediums, including sketching in pencil, using mixed media, and drawing in color. Learn how to create a work of art based on the illustrations in a children's picture book that will be shared at the beginning of the program. Discuss Hair Love written by Matthew Cherry and illustrated by Vashti Harrison and create a colorful work of art.Supplies needed: 4 sheets of white paper, scissors, glue, and your favorite crayons, markers, colored pencils, or watercolors).View All Classes, Programs & Events
