Writing Your Way to Wellness at Central

Journaling is an inexpensive way to increase mindfulness and center self-care. Putting pen to paper can help process feelings, improve focus, and gain insight into emotions and/or situations. At this session, we will use writing prompts to dig deeper to answer life's big questions and share favorite journaling techniques for continued writing success. Perfect for both new and experienced journalers! Come visit us to give journaling a try, pick up some materials to help you on your journey, and grab a free journal to take home! We will meet in the Business Commons on the 2nd floor of Central Library.
